ARCHAIVE for Aerospace
ARCHAIVE brings aerospace-grade control to every part, drawing, document and software release, without an enterprise PLM project — so a wrong revision never delays a certification, fails an audit or puts export-controlled work at risk.
Certify without the delays
Authorities and delegates review the right revision the first time, with no chasing documents across email and shared drives.
Change without surprises
Everything a change touches is visible before release, so a missed drawing or software part never turns into rework, scrap or a finding.
Pass audits without the scramble
Every approval and change is already on record, so AS9100 and authority audits stop being a fire drill.
Take on controlled work with confidence
Export-controlled data stays with the people cleared to see it, with a record of who saw what — ready for defence and export-controlled programs.
Built for Certified Aerospace Programs
A portal for authorities and delegates
Transport Canada (TCCA) specialists and delegates get their own named, MFA-protected logins to review packages pinned to exact revisions. Findings, responses and sign-offs are recorded against the revision they refer to.
Access control for export-controlled data
Role-based permissions combine with attributes such as program, export classification (ITAR, EAR, Controlled Goods) and personal authorization, so people only see what they are cleared for — and every access decision is logged.
Change control with impact analysis
Problem reports, change requests and change orders run as one process. A where-used impact report shows every affected assembly, drawing, document, software part and tool, and each change is classified by its certification impact.
Configuration control and baselines
Released revisions are locked. Baselines freeze the exact configuration for a design review, certification milestone or delivered serial number, with effectivity by serial, date or lot.
Signatures and a tamper-evident audit trail
Electronic signatures are bound to the exact revision and record their meaning, and an append-only audit trail supports AS9100 and DO-178C configuration management.
Mechanical, electrical and software together
ECAD projects are managed as design packages with their release outputs, released software sits in the product structure with its commit hash, checksum and DAL, and requirements and tests link in from ALM tools.
